Biography: Dawn Ogden White

A self taught artist, born in Nottingham and now living near Newark. Dawn joined the Nottingham society of artists in the 1970’s and in 2001 was recognised for her imaginative pastel work by the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists.

Many artists have influenced her work over the years, to begin with the impressionists and more recently painters like Guy Denning, Andre Kohn, Mark Demsteader and Kim Roberti to name but a few.

Dawns work has been published by many greeting card companies, used in book illustrations also artwork for various food and drink brands. She works now mainly in acrylic and welcomes commissions.
